tomato chicken stir up

Ingredient
Chicken pieces ( can substitute with fish or maybe pork)

Alternative is batter deep fry and toss

Red onion 1/2 big cut into big quarters
Potato one big cube. (Can deep fry also but if not follow this step) 
Tomato paste or fresh tomato also can
Sugar 
Oyster sauce
Salt
Vinegar
Tomato sauce diluted 
Starch water 
Chilli flake gochugaru

Combine all the sauces and paste or first boil your tomato to remove skin then slow cook until very soft and paste then combine with sauces

Fry chicken with little garlic until crispy then add onion and cook 1 minute then add chilli flake

Add sauce and simmer 30sec
If too watery add starch water

Taste should be sweet up front and abit tangy
