beef high protein low fat chilli

Ingredient
500g super lean beef mince 
250ml stock 
1/2 Can tomatoes 
2 onion 
Garlic one tbsp
Carrot 1 dice
Sausage(optional)
Beans of choice 

Seasoning 
Paprika 
Peri rub 
Oregano dried 
Chilli powder or cayenne
Salt pepper

Fry aromatic 
Add beef 
Add everything else
Simmer 
Finish with extra simmered beans if needed 
Top off chilli flakes and cheese grate 

Eat with anything. Garlic bread, rice, bread, pasta, on its own
