spicy basic meat sauce

Spicy meat sauce Chinese

300g mince pork (serves 2)
2 clove garlic minced
1 red onion minced
1 Spring onion (cut in halves)
Chilli powder (Korean) 1 Tbsp
Oyster sauce half tbsps
Soy sauce 1tbsps
Sugar 1/2 tbsps
Tau cheor 1 tbsps
1/4 cup water 

Dice half spring onion use the stem part and fry with garlic onion until fragrant

Add pork and fry until cooked and juices flow
Add all the sauces and stir fry
Turn down fire to low then Add chilli powder and mix well
Add water and mix well

Serve and garnish with Rest of chopped spring onion
