Receipe
600g chicken breast or thigh cut into cubes
Knob ginger cut into small pieces or ginger powder
1 big red onion or 6 7 shallots dice
Garlic 2 clove dice
2tbsp butter
2 tbsps yogurts
2 tbsps cream
1 can tomato
Cumin powder
Fry all aromatic and powders until aroma with ghee or oil
Add tomato and fry until mix..
Transfer to blender and blitz
Add oil to clean pot and stir fry chicken until cooked
Add the blendes tomato puree
Add the butter, yogurt, cream
Salt and pepper to taste with chilli powder to taste
Finish w small dollop cream and parsley
