Rice Cooker Chicken Chinese sausage mushroom

 INGREDIENTS ( serves 4)

3 cup rice

2 chinese sausage

2 large chicken thigh

6 dried chinese mushroom

Flat fish or salted fish 

Ikan bilis

bakchoy


SAUCE

2tbsp  oyster sauce

1tbsp shaoxing

1tbsp light soya

1/2 tbsp dark soya

1 tbsp fish sauce

sugar

pepper


Soak chinese sausage and mushroom and ikan bilis in 2 cup hot water. Keep water later for rice

Remove casing from sausage and cut . mushroom remove stem and cut

Marinade cut chicken thigh in sauce and leave for 1 hour

Fry sausage , cut garlic and mushroom.  

Remove then use oil to fry chicken. Add in the sausage and mushroom to mixture 

Use water above to cook rice. 1/2 way done open and add meat mixture. bakchoy and flat fish if you have.
